Applicants must fill out a Library Card Application.
Requirements for a Library Card:
Acceptable ID
- Photo ID showing current local address
- Photo ID and one item from the approved list (see below) showing a current address
- Two items from the approved list showing a current address
Approved list of ID's
- Valid driver's license
- Valid voter registration card
- Checks with pre-printed addresses
- Utility bill
- Tax receipt or other piece of mail that shows the user's name and present address
